2. Prices
Prices in euros, all taxes included. Matsuyama cadet reserves the right to change its prices.
3. Ordering & payment
Secure online payment / payment on site. Accepted methods: cash and bank card, at the restaurant when you collect your order.
4. Delivery / collection
Terms and lead times: takeaway (collected at the restaurant), ordered online; preparation time is shown when you order. The restaurant does not deliver itself; delivery is available by ordering through the Uber Eats and Deliveroo platforms, subject to those platforms’ terms.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to perishable foodstuffs or to catering services provided on a specific date.
6. Legal warranties
Conformity (Art. L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
